UKG - Getting Started

Background Information

Welcome to the UKG Dimensions system. This Job Aide lists steps to get started with the new system. You will use UKG to request PTO, access Pay Statements and Benefits information, and much more.

Log In

  1. Navigate to the following address: https://saltrivercommunity.prd.mykronos.com/
  2. Enter credentials:
    • Username = Your 7-digit CGL badge number, without the dash.
    • Initial Password = given during the UKG/Benefits orientation. Change password as necessary. If password reset is needed, contact IT Support at 480-850-7830.
    • Upon initial login, you will be prompted to change the password. Password requirements include:
      • At least 8 characters
      • At least one capital letter
      • At least one number
      • At least one special character

Tips

  • Bookmark the site – especially on home computer/device.
  • The site link is also available on The Source under the Web Apps drop-down menu.
  • Mobile App instructions are available for access on the go; the Job Aide can be found here. Search for UKG Dimensions in your device app store to download.

Navigation

  • Main Menu (use the Hamburger Icon) – Access Categories, such as My Schedule, My HR, and My Information.
  • Home Icon – Used to navigate back to the home screen.
  • Tiles – Display notifications and provide a one-click location to access the information.
  • Notification Bell – Indicates a message or action request. A number will appear with the number of notifications available.
    • Example: A notification will display when PTO or Leave request is approved or rejected.
