Lytho - Submit a Marketing Request

Background Information

Lytho is a project management tool utilized by the Marketing team to track Marketing requests from project submittal through final delivery. This process will replace email and walk-up requests. Google Chrome is the preferred browser for this program. Contact IT Support for Chrome installation. To request a Lytho account, submit an IT ticket.

Reset Account Password

  1. On first login, you will receive an email with a web link, username, and password reset link.
  2. Click on the password reset link, and reset your password. Password requirements: 8 characters with a capital letter.
  3. The email sender will be listed as: Support@lytho.com, and will appear similar to the following.

Submit a Request

  1. Navigate to the Lytho website by either of the following ways:
    • On the Source homepage, scroll down to the WebApp Links, click the drop-down arrow, and select Casino Arizona Ticket Management System. Then, select the Advertising icon to the right of the screen.
    • OR, navigate directly to https://casinoarizona.ignite.inmotionnow.com/ 
      • (Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + D to bookmark this website)
  2. On the Job Launches page, click Start New.
  3. Select General Request. Enter all project information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. 
  4. If you have supporting files or images, click Attach Files, and browse for the documents.
  5. Click SUBMIT.

Job requests have a color-coded status, as shown in the attached pdf.

Review Process

  1. When your feedback is requested on a proof, you will receive an email notification containing a link and access code that takes you directly to the review environment in your web browser. All notifications are sent from a _______@Lytho.com email address.
    • Review the Asset Notes window for instructions.
    • Click Start My Review to continue
  2. Annotation tools are available for markup of the proof. See legend in attached pdf.
  3. After all notes/annotations are complete, click Add Comment in the lower right corner of the screen.
  4. Click Save and Exit in the upper right corner to save changes, and return later OR Click SUBMIT in the upper right corner to submit all changes to Marketing. Check the Confirm Your Review Submission disclaimer checkbox, and click SUBMIT again.

The review toolbar has several features as shown in the attached pdf.

Annotation Options

Your annotation color is randomly assigned when you enter the review environment. You can change the color of your annotations by:

  1. Click your profile icon at the top right corner of the blue header bar.
  2. Select a new color from the palette.

The number of unread notifications is listed to the left of the profile icon.
