Background Information

Within the Enterprise, each outlet should have a corresponding inventory profile.  The following steps will outline how to create a new inventory profile for an outlet.

CREATING OUTLET INVENTORY - MUOMT

1.           Within SWS, type MUONT in Search Field / Command Prompt OR select Outlet Inventory Valuation>Outlet Inventory Definition/Maintenance.

2.           Click the + Sign to create a new entry.

4.           Click the three dots and choose Departments. Click the + Sign and add your departments. In most cases, the Outlet Department and the Cost Department should match.  To add items, click  the Build Items icon. If desired, you can filter                      your results with the Options Selection Parameters. Alternatively, you can add single items using the next step.

5.           To view or edit items, click the three dots and choose Items. From this screen you can add items with the + Sign, delete an item with the Trash Can icon, or edit an item with the Pencil Icon.
