Background Information

The Enterprise is now accepting digital comps in place of physical slips in F&B and Retail for guests with a player rewards card. Voiding a check with a digital comp is not currently possible in the InfoGenesis system. Please follow the instructions below to manually void a check with a digital comp.

Voiding a Check with a Digital Comp

1. A Manager or higher will need to Force Refund the check with an applied digital comp.
2. The host will need to be contacted to void the issued prize and assign a new prize if a new transaction is necessary.
3. Re-do the transaction if applicable.
