Smart ID Verifier is used to quickly verify ID cards directly from your iPhone.  The following Job Aid will review the installation and basic functions of Smart ID Verifier.

1. On the iPhone, open the App Store.
2. In the search bar, search for Smart ID Verifier and select Get.
3. Open the application.
4. Select Skip to skip the notices or swipe left and select Continue.

Smart ID Verifier Setup and Usage

1. The home screen of the Smart ID Verifier application lists your device ID. Select Next to open the scanning functions.
2. To scan a physical ID, select Physical ID.
   Note: Only physical ID scanning is enabled currently.
3. Select Allow to allow the camera to access the application.
4. Hold the camera over the barcode on the back of a physical ID.
5. The application will automatically scan and pull the data from the barcode. Carefully review the information:
   • A green Over 21 will appear in the upper-right corner if the guest presents an ID with a qualifying DOB.
   • Confirm the ID photo matches the guest's profile.
     • Select the green checkmark to indicate the ID photo matches the guest.

• Select the red X to indicate the ID photo does not match the guest.
• A Verification Successful screen appears indicating the physical ID was verified.

1. To review the history of scanned physical IDs, select the History button (reverse clock) in bottom-left corner of the home screen.
