HALO is a Team Member Recognition Application that allows Team Members to accrue and redeem points for Logoed Items, Merchandise, Experiences, or Digital Gift Cards. Additionally, Team Members can nominate Team Members for Recognition awards, send congratulatory and celebratory messages in recognition of milestones and birthdays.  The following Job Aid walks through the Halo Dashboard and other functionality.

The Dashboard of Halo contains many features, buttons, tiles, and links.  The top section includes dropdowns to Shop using points accumulated.  You can also “Browse Catalog” from the home page to shop for prizes. Below the “Browse Catalog” button is the “Messages” button, allowing you to check any messages you may have received including Celebration notifications and Ecards.

The Serial Card box allows Team Members to enter a serial number from a received recognition prize such as a Catch-a-Star or a Phish award and add the points to their bank of points available.

Continuing down the page, you will find tiles for Recognition pages such as Team Member Recognition, Safety Recognition, and Ecards, allowing you to celebrate your colleagues’ achievements and milestones.  Near the bottom of the page, you will find a list of upcoming birthdays of Team Members, should you want to send an Ecard in celebration. 

From the home page, in the top right corner is your profile button, which when clicked, displays several options.  There is a points overview of the points you’ve earned, used, and can use.  There is a “Messages” section allowing you to check your messages and ecards sent to you.  There is a “My Awards” section which displays a dashboard of all your achievements tracked through Halo.  You can also use this dropdown to Log out.

1. From the home page of the dashboard, click the profile icon, and click “Profile & Account Settings” from the dropdown.
2. From the Manage Profile landing page you will have many options in the tabs section to choose from.

The Manage Password section will allow you to change your password and/or change your email address.  Just follow the required fields and password requirements to complete this process.

*Note – it is important that you change your password immediately after your first log in, but this section can also be used to pre-emptively change your password.

The Emails and Subscriptions tab will allow you to modify your privacy and notification preferences.

The Profile Picture tab will allow you to upload or update a profile picture if you choose to do so.

The Celebration Posts tab will allow you to see any Celebration Posts made.

The Scheduled Ecards tab will allow you to review and modify Ecards scheduled to be sent.
