Individual Communication Overview

  • Press and hold the Relay Assistant button before stating “call” and then the name of the other Relay device. Release the button to place the call.
    • Example: Press and hold the Relay Assistant button. Then say, “Call John.” Release the Relay Assistant button.
  • This will establish an individual call between both users.
  • The receiving party will receive a noise indication along with the calling user’s name once the call activates.
  • To speak in this channel, hold the Talk Button, say a message, then release the button. The LED circle will be green to indicate the message is being recorded. Release the button to send the message.
