Background Information
MyVR is a Team Member facing scheduling platform used by the Gaming Enterprises within UKG. MyVR is used by non-exempt Team Members to view schedules, request Time Off, and other schedule related functions. The following Job Aide walks through the steps of Submitting Time Off.
Requesting Time off
- From the “Time Off” screen, click the “Request Time Off” button in the lower right corner.
- Select the type of time off you are requesting and click “OK”.
- Select the month your request will start in and click “OK”.
- Select the specific start and end dates of your time off request. You can also fill in the dates using the “Requested Dates” field in the lower left corner. When you are done click “OK”.
- Type in any applicable notes in the Notes field of the “Time Off Request Summary” and click “Submit”.
