Adding Guest to Wait List
1. When a date is sold out you may add them to a wait list, we DO NOT wait list if there is availability and guest is just looking for a specific room type.
2. Navigate to the RESERVATIONS tab -> CREATE RESERVATION
3. Select the dates of stay
4. Click RESERVATIONS Drop Down
a. Select WAITLISTED
5. AVAILABILITY
a. Wait listed rooms will be BAR tariff, no comps/mailers.
b. Process
6. STAY INFORMATION
a. Guest Type = Casino
b. Origin Code = Casino
c. Segment 1 = Salt River Reward
7. Click Payment Information
a. Under “Payment Method chose Credit Card.
b. Switch on the “Request New Card” toggle, choose your device from the dropdown and click the card reader button on the screen.
c. Enter the card number using the IDTECH card machine
d. Don’t click anything after or the card number won’t be recorded
The box will disappear, CC will populate when entered correctly
i. Reservation Guaranteed
8. Special Requests
a. Add notes regarding requested room types, special requests, etc.
b. Add VIP Code
c. Still under Special Requests - Scroll down to the Vip Code drop down, only these can be chosen:
- ONYX
- DIAMOND
- TURQOUISE – Case by case scenario – only players with sufficient play can be marked as a VIP.
9. Click Create
10. Waitlisted Reservations will have confirmations starting in WTA. When rooms become available waitlisted guests will be contacted in order they were added.
