Background Information

Medallia is an experience management platform designed to capture and analyze real time feedback from guests. Review this Job Aide to discover more about navigating Medallia as well as customized dashboards and features.

Accessing Medallia Using a Desktop

  1. Select this link to navigate directly to Medallia.
  2. Enter your Windows username (example: christopherv@casinoaz.com).
  3. Select Next.
  4. Enter your Windows password.
  5. Select Sign In.

Medallia Dashboard Navigation

Upon logging in, you will be brought to the dashboard. Each dashboard will be different depending on the user’s access. The example in the pdf is the Hospitality Admin dashboard.

Each tab in the navigation ribbon is available on the dashboard as buttons. Select a tab or button to navigate directly to that page. Each page may have different metrics, graphs, and/or feedback. Scroll down to review the page.

To log out of Medallia, select the user profile in the upper right corner and select Log Out.

Filtering Options

Filtering options are available throughout Medallia if you’d like to customize your results. This can include:

  • Drop down menus
  • Customized data
  • Customized responses

Filter options are located at the top of each page, tab, graph, metric, etc.

Customize filtering options further by selecting the Filter icon.

 Adjust and customize your filtering options by selecting the Plus icons to add options. When ready, select Run.

Select Save Filter to save your customized filtering option for future use. Select Reset to reset the parameters of the filter.

Medallia Features

Medallia provides several features, including customer ratings, responses, alerts, graphics, and metrics to understand the scores received for the company. Each dashboard is customized to show certain features. Review a feature in the attached pdf to understand company scores.
