Background Information

TrackIt is a package tracking application used by the Enterprise to track guest’s packages through its shipping lifecycle.  TrackIt also provides a vast library of video tutorials on using the application.  This Job Aide walks you through the steps to navigate to the TrackIt Training Library. 

Navigating to the TrackIt Training Library Via TrackIt Application

  1. Navigate to https://CasinoArizona.trackit.cc
  2. Log In using your TrackIt account information. 
  3. From the home page, click the User drop down and click Training Videos.
  4. Select the category of videos using the tabs and select the topic in the modules area.
