AirMedia - Wireless Presenting (Executive Conference Room)

Background Information

The Crestron displays in the Executive Conference Room can be connected to wirelessly for presentation and video display purposes.  The following Job Aide presents the steps to connecting to these Crestron displays through AirMedia.

Connecting to crestron display using the PC

  1. Power on the Crestron Display using the NEC Remote control.
  2. On the NEC remote, press the “Display Port” button to assure that the PC input is selected.
  3. You can proceed using the provided mouse and keyboard to begin your presentation as the PC will now project to the Crestron Display. 

Note – Should audio be required, audio is controlled by the provided NEC remote VOL UP/VOL DOWN buttons.

Connecting to crestron display using the USBC transmitter

  1. Power on the Crestron Display using the NEC Remote control.
  2. On the NEC remote, press the “HDMI1” button to assure that the correct input is selected.
  3. Locate the USBC Transmitter and plug into the mobile device you’d like to project.

Note – Should audio be required, audio is controlled by the provided NEC remote VOL UP/VOL DOWN buttons.

Connecting to crestron display using HDMI

  1. Power on the Crestron Display using the NEC Remote control.
  2. On the NEC remote, press the “HDMI1” button to assure that the correct input is selected.
  3. Plug in the HDMI cable provided on table, to the laptop you’d like to project.

Note – Should audio be required, audio is controlled by the provided NEC remote VOL UP/VOL DOWN buttons.
