Background Information
Team Dynamix is the Enterprise’s ticket management system used to submit and track tickets relating to employee requests. The following Job Aide will show the steps to submitting a ticket in Team Dynamix.
Submitting a Ticket
- From the home screen click the appropriate request from the right-hand panel such as “Submit an IT Request”.
- Fill out all the required fields on the form.
- If you are the point of contact on the ticket, leave the “Point of Contact” field as is. If not, change the point of contact.
- Fill in Contact phone number.
- Fill in the location of the issue or where the requestor is located, by typing the name of the property.
- Type the title of the ticket in the “Title of the Ticket Request”, using roughly a couple of words.
- In the “Description” section, type the detailed summary of the issue including any relevant information to the issue.
- Click Submit.
