Team Dynamix - Submitting a Ticket

Background Information

Team Dynamix is the Enterprise’s ticket management system used to submit and track tickets relating to employee requests.  The following Job Aide will show the steps to submitting a ticket in Team Dynamix.

Submitting a Ticket

  1. From the home screen click the appropriate request from the right-hand panel such as “Submit an IT Request”.
  1. Fill out all the required fields on the form.
    1. If you are the point of contact on the ticket, leave the “Point of Contact” field as is.  If not, change the point of contact.
    2. Fill in Contact phone number.
    3. Fill in the location of the issue or where the requestor is located, by typing the name of the property.
    4. Type the title of the ticket in the “Title of the Ticket Request”, using roughly a couple of words.
    5. In the “Description” section, type the detailed summary of the issue including any relevant information to the issue.
  2. Click Submit.
