Background Information

XpertX allows the user to download a text format of a Keno file of player reward points accrued through keno play as well as ratings for Keno patrons. The generated file will be automatically imported into CMP (Casino Market Place). This Job Aide will walk you through the steps needed to download a Keno file.

Downloading a Keno File Using ExpertX

  1. Open File Explorer, and open the Finance (R:) drive
  2. Open The Property file you’d like to use (CAZ Audits or TSR Audits)
  3. Open The folder Keno Reports_(“Property You’ve Selected”)
  4. Open XpertX Keno Audit Shortcuts
  5. Open (A_FileTransferSocketClient.exe
  6. Click Connect on the “File Transfer Client” window
  7. Expand the “\\” Folder and select “Offline Tracking
  8. Organize folder contents by Date
  9. Select the date of the report you’d like to use and click “Download”
