JANUSVision - Updating Content

Background Information

JANUSVision is a digital signage program that displays department specific content and Marketing video images to designated TVs throughout the Casino. This Job Aid outlines the steps for making changes to already existing presentations.

Updating Presentations in JANUSVision

  1. Open and login to JANUSVision
  2. Select Custom Presentations from the Main Menu
  3. Select the Presentation to be modified from the Custom Presentations window and click  Modify Custom Presentation
  4. Choose the Layout that is to be altered from the Modify Custom Presentation window and click OK… (any of these layouts will have a Yes listed in the Exists column)
  5. Make changes to the content in PowerPoint as necessary
  6. Save the presentation in PowerPoint
  7. Return to the JANUSVision application
  8. Click Close PowerPoint from the PowerPoint Activate window
  9. Click OK when asked This will close current Show or Page. Do you wish to continue?
  10. From the Custom Presentation window, click Back
  11. To update the display, click the Update Displays button from the Main Menu
    • (NOTE: All displays automatically update every 15 minutes)
