Background Information
Servizio Host is used to track and manage our VIP players. The following Job Aide will review the basic functions of Servizio Host.
Signing In
- Sign in to the EMA Portal using your provided username and password.
- Note that CAZ and TSR have separate systems, and your credentials may be different between the two properties.
- Select the “SG Host” application from the options.
- From the SG Host home screen, select “My Players”.
Using SG Host "My Players"
"My Players” will list all of the VIP guests assigned to you. Active players will have their current location displayed as green with a machine or table number. There will also be icons for birthdays and other important anniversaries.
You can also search for players using the search icon in the upper right corner of the screen. When searching you can filter the results using the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) to filter the results by the criteria you prefer.
Clicking a guest's card will bring up a detailed screen with tabs. Within their details, the Activity Log tab will display Communication History with the guest. If you would like to add an entry, click the blue Contact Management button on the right hand side and you will be able to notate their account accordingly.
