Background Information

With the MetaSys upgrade comes a new, easier to use interface.  This does mean the way you log in will change slightly.  Below, we’ll go through logging into the new interface.

Main Topic

  1. First select the new icon for Metasys.
  2. Next, make sure that the METASYS server is highlighted in the Launcher window.
  3. Now click the “Launch” button at the top of the launcher. A new window will launch.
  4. Remember!  Your username and original password have not changed.  You will be prompted to change the password the first time you log in.  This password needs to be more complex than your old one.  It needs to have eight characters, a capital letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol such as # or &.
