Background Information

CQueue is an application that records the name and reason for each person’s visit to Chaparral. When the guest signs in at the Kiosk, the time is accurately stamped and the sorted list is presented across the computers who are logged in. This Job Aide will walk you through the basics of using CQueue HR Kiosk.

Logging Into CQueue

  1. Go to https://www.cqueue.com/login/index.php
  2. Enter your username in the “User ID” section
  3. Enter your password in the “Password” section
  4. For “System ID:” enter “casinoaz”
    • ”casinoaz” must be lower case, this field is case sensitive*
  5. Click Submit
  6. From the Main Menu screen, click “Stage Display”
  7. The “Stage Display” screen should remain open throughout the day as people come and go

Using the Stage Display Screen Features

From the “Stage Display” screen you will see the people who have checked in, the department they’re here to see, the reason for coming in, the time they checked in, acknowledge, check out and comments sections.

Alerts:  When you log in and go to the “Stage Display” screen, click on “Alert Off” to turn on the Alerts. Your alerts notification button should read “Alert On” for your computer to alert you when there are pending check in’s.

Filtering: Click the “Filter Off” button. In the “Filter Text?” field, Type the category or department you are representing (ie Training, Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruitment) The “Stage Display Screen” will now only show check in’s meeting the filter criteria.

Ordering: Click on “Order” to sort the check ins by “Time In”

Editing Check In’s:  By clicking on the guests name from the “Stage Display Screen” you are able to Edit the entire entry, including their name, the category and department, the reason, as well as add a comment.

Acknowledged Check In’s: When someone has been acknowledged by an employee in the system, it will show who accepted this person, and what time they were acknowledged. When you check someone out, their name is removed from the active list.

Manual Entry: Manual Entry should be used when needing to check a guest in manually.

  • From the “Main Menu” under the “Admin” column, select “Manual Entry”
  • From the “Manual Entry” screen fill in all fields and select “Add Entry”
