AirMedia - Wireless Presenting

Background Information

Crestron displays throughout multiple training rooms and conference rooms can be connected to wirelessly for presentation and video display purposes.  The following Job Aide presents the steps to connecting to these Crestron displays through AirMedia.

First-time Download and Setup

  1. Assure you are connected to the “Internal” network at the property you are located.
  2. Open Microsoft Edge from your start menu.
  3. Navigate to 10.10.10.137 in your URL Bar.
  4. From the Crestron AirMedia home page, click “Start Presenting”
  5. On the “AirMedia Application Download” page, click “Windows” to download the application.
  6. When the download is complete, click “Open file” from your downloads
  7. The AirMedia pop-up window will display the privacy policy, click “Agree”.
  8. The next Pop-up will be “Session Delegation”.  By default, “Ask me” will be selected, click “OK”.

Using AirMedia

  1. Assure you are connected to the “Internal” network at the property you are located.
  2. Open Microsoft Edge from your start menu.
  3. Navigate to 10.10.10.137 in your URL Bar.
  4. From the Crestron AirMedia home page, click “Start Presenting”.
  5. The Crestron Display will display a 4 digit code on the screen.
  6. Enter the 4 digit code on the Crestron screen into the “Enter Code” box and click “Connect”.
  7. Once connected, your computer screen should display on the Crestron screen in front of you. The “Your Presentation” screen will display functions such as “Pausing display” to temporarily pause, or “Disconnect” which will disconnect your screen from the Crestron display.
