Background Information
When requesting files or videos from Surveillance using the Surveillance Request Form, you will need to attach a link to a folder that Surveillance can access and drop said files to. This Job Aide lists the steps to creating and using shared folders in OneDrive for these purposes.
Share a File in OneDrive
- Navigate to OneDrive. Go to https://casinoaz.onedrive.com/ or select the OneDrive button under WebApps on the Source.
- From the OneDrive home page, Select My Files.
- If you are using an existing folder, move on to step 4. If you need to create a new folder to share, select the New drop-down button then Folder. Name the folder, then select Create.
- Select the check box next to the folder you want to share. Then, click the Share option from the top ribbon of the screen.
- In the Share pop-up, ensure the top bar says “Anyone with the link can edit.” Click Copy.
- You can now paste that link into an email/document. Select “X” to exit.
