Background Information
The Poker Table Management 2.0 application tracks poker game activity for the purposes of gathering statistical information and monitoring availabilty. The Poker Management program runs on Internet Explorer and can be accessed by navigating to http://pokerroom.
Table / Game Administration
Add a New Table:
- Click Table/Game Administration
- Select the Table Number
- Select the Game Name
- Click Add
Close a Table:
- Click Table/Game Administration
- Click the checkbox next to the appropriate table number(s)
- Click Close
Add a New Game:
- Click Table/Game Administration
- Type the Game Name
- Click Save
Remove a Game:
- Click Table/Game Administration
- Select the Game Name(s)
- Click Remove
Adjust Maximum Number of Tables:
- Click Table/Game Administration
- Type the Number of Games
- Click Change
Jackpot Administration
Modify Jackpot:
- Click Jackpot Administration
- Select the Day on the calendar.
- Enter the new Posted or Add On amount.
- Click Save/Save All button.
Set Jackpot Defaults:
- Click Jackpot Administration
- Click the Edit link for the selected game.
- Enter the new Jackpot Amount or Add on amount.
- Click the Update link.
Rolling Jackpots to Next Day / Reset Jackpots:
- If the jackpot is not paid, Roll to the Next Jackpot Day by clicking the Roll button.
Reports
- Click the Reports link
- Choose the desired report and click the Get Report button.
- Click the appropriate Start Date and End Date and click the Get Report button.
- After the report generates, click the Print Report or Export to Excel button.
- If Export to Excel button selected, choose to Save the report.
