CAZ Phone Directory

Background Information

The most commonly used telephone at Casino Arizona is the Cisco 7912 (model number located at top left of phone).  Among many other features, these phones include a Corporate Directory which be used to look up telephone numbers of Casino employees or Departments.  To use the Corporate Directory, follow the steps outlined below.

Looking Up a Phone Number

  1. Press the Menu button, this button will turn green after it is pressed.
  2. Choose the Directories option and press the Select soft key
  3. Use the center rocker key to choose 5. Directory Services press the Select soft key
  4. Choose the Corporate Directory Option and press the Select soft key
  5. Using the numbers on the keypad, spell the First Name of the person to be called using the format below:
    • Press “1” for the letter A
    • Press “1” twice quickly for the letter B
    • Press “1” three times quickly for the letter C
  6. Press the Search soft key -- Note that all Department names are listed in the Last Name field
  7. Use the rocker switch to highlight the person or department to be called
  8. Pick up the handset to dial the number automatically
