Background Information
The Cummins Allison Service Portal provides reporting options for equipment service requests. This Job Aide contains the steps necessary to view data within the online portal, as well as an exported file.
Call Status - Sort, Filter, Search
The Reports home screen allows for sorting and filtering machines by the following options:
- Call Status
- Check the Status you’d like to view. Multiple options may be checked at once.
- Field Header
- Click on any field header to sort in ascending or descending order by that field.
- Search
- Enter a Model #, Location, or Serial Number in the Search field to pull information on a specific machine or location.
- Date Range
- Click Search after entering criteria.
Export Report
Data from the Service Portal can be exported two ways:
- PDF - This file format cannot be modified.
- Click on the Export PDF icon.
- Excel Comma Separated Values (.csv). - This file format removes data formatting, such as Number Formats, however the formats can be adjusted in Excel.
- Click on the Export CSV icon.
- A prompt will appear at the bottom of the screen, requesting an action of Open or Save. Select Open.
- Data will display in the appropriate format.
