Background Information
Guests at Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort will now be able to earn Loyalty Points for purchases at select Food & Beverage Outlets. These points will be added to the guests “Gaming” points and can be used in the same way. The following Job Aide will walk you through the steps of processing Loyalty Points.
Allowing Guests to Earn Loyalty Points
Loyalty points can be earned on all Food and Beverage items that are tendered to Cash and Credit Cards.
- Points can be earned on the valid tender portion of a Split Tender transaction.
- Points will NOT be earned on transactions paid for by Comp, Points, Room Charges, or Casino Arizona Gift Cards.
- Points will NOT be earned on the Tip or Tax portion of a transaction.
- Enter the transaction as normal.
- Select Tender from the left side of the screen.
- When you select either “Cash” or “Credit Card”, you will now be prompted to slide the Guest’s Players Rewards Card.
- Once the PRC Card is validated the transaction can be completed as normal.
