InfoGenesis - Complimentary Drink Tender Process

Background Information

Guests at Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort will now be able to print their own Kiosk Drink Ticket (if available to them) at Kiosks located around the property. These tickets are good for one complimentary drink of either House Wine, Well Spirit, or Beer of the guest’s choice. The following Job Aide will walk you through the steps of processing these tickets when presented one by a guest.

Inputting a Kiosk Drink Ticket Into InfoGenesis

When presented with a Kiosk Drink Ticket from a guest, follow these steps:

Note: the Kiosk Drink Ticket must be signed by the guest before it can be used

Note: the Kiosk Drink Ticket cannot be used for Non-Alcoholic Beverages

  1. Start a check
  2. Click Tender in the left hand column
  3. Click Auth
  4. In the “Authorization Tender” window, select Kiosk Drink
  5. If your station is equipped with a scanner, scan the barcode at the top of the Kiosk Drink Ticket. If not or if your scanner isn’t working, type in the ticket number on the Kiosk Drink Ticket into the Account Number section
  6. Click Yes on the Confirm Account Charge Window
  7. On the “Limited Payment Amount” screen, select Yes
  8. You will see “Kiosk Drink” including the the Kiosk Drink Ticket number on the check screen
  9. Click CC/PC Accept
  10. On the “Tender Existing Authorizations” screen, touch the Kiosk Drink that matches the Kiosk Drink Ticket Number
  11. On the “Confirm Tendering” screen, verify the Ticket Number and press Yes

Settling a Check Using a Kiosk Drink Ticket

When settling a check with Kiosk Drink Ticket from a guest, follow these steps:

  1. From the Tender screen, click Kiosk Settle
  2. A Manager Override will be required. A Supervisor or above will need to swipe their InfoGenesis Card
  3. In the “Payment Amount” window enter the amount located in the lower right corner of the “Check Total” column
  4. Hit Enter
  5. In the “GA Account ID:” line, enter 7799. 7799 is the only number to be used when using the Kiosk Drink Ticket
  6. Hit Enter
  7. The “Confirm Generic Auth Charge” window should reflect “7799 Kiosk Comp Drinks”. Click Yes
  8. The “Charge Receipt” and the “Kiosk Drink Ticket” should be attached together for audit purposes

Boca Drink Vouchers

Drink Voucher

The Host will evaluate the play of the guest to determine if a Drink Voucher can be provided to the guest.

When a Drink Voucher is presented as compensation for a guests drink, it should be charged directly to the Host when referencing a GA Account.

Drink Upgrade Voucher

The Drink Upgrade Voucher can be used in conjunction with “Kiosk Drink Ticket” to upgrade the guests drink to a “Premium Wine or Premium Spirit”

Non-Alcoholic Drink Voucher

The Host will evaluate the play of the guest to determine if a N/A Drink Voucher can be provided to the guest for a Non- Alcoholic Beverage.

When a N/A Drink Voucher is presented as compensation for a guests drink, it should be charged directly to the Host when referencing a GA Account.
