DataMagine - HR - Deleting A DataMagine Document

Process

  1. Log into the DataMagine client by using your Windows username and password.
  2. Click on the binoculars icon to search for a document.
  3. Select your corresponding folder (Employee Relations|Benefits|Recruitment), type in the badge # of the person affected by the change and click on the letter W. Press Enter.
  4. Your document will appear in the Search Results tab. Double click on it to open the document.
  5. Once the document opens in the viewer window click on the Document tab and select Delete Document. You will be prompted to select how the number of pages you wish to delete. Uncheck the Verify for Each Document box. Upon making  your selection press OK. Your document is now deleted from the DataMagine system.
