Bally - Troubleshooting Poker Reports

Background Information

The Bally OWAP2 report site may freeze due to Internet Explorer updates. This job aide will walk you through the steps needed to generate reports when this issue arises.

Add OWAP 2 Report Site to Compatibility View Settings

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Navigate to https://10.40.128.81/MeterValues.aspx
  3. Navigate to Compatibility View Settings
    • In the upper-right corner of the browser window, click the gear.
    • Select Compatibility View Settings.
  4. Click the Add button. This will add the OWAP 2 site to the Compatibility View list.
  5. Click Close to save changes.
  6. Refresh your browser window.
    • Press F5
    • Click Refresh button
