Background Information

When promotions or slot machines are tested, information is added into SDS and Casino Marketplace as a Promo transaction. This test information is not needed and must be removed from SDS and Casino Marketplace. This Job Aid outlines the steps required of the Audit Department to remove the extra information.

Required Information

  1. Login to Casino Marketplace
  2. From the Application menu, select Players
  3. Type the person’s Player Rewards number in the Directory Search at the top of the window
  4. Press Enter on your keyboard
  5. Click the name of the person whose record is to be changed
  6. Click the Jump To: drop down menu and choose Void Promo
  7. Click the Go button, this will open the Void Promo Window
  8. Click the row of the Promo to be deleted
  9. Add a reason for the void in the Remarks text box
  10. Click the Submit button
