Background Information
There are occasions where patrons will come to the Cage to redeem vouchers, which have been issued by Player Rewards Club, and there are times where the barcode does not appear correctly or is unable to be scanned.
On occasion, Player Rewards Club vouchers print with no bar code, or a code that cannot be scanned. The following steps will help to redeem points for the guest.
Manually Redeem a Voucher

To the left is a sample voucher with a barcode.
- At times, the barcode on these vouchers are unreadable and cannot be scanned.
- At times, bar codes do not print due to improper paper alignment.
- The purpose of the barcode is to pull up the account within CMP and direct the Cage Cashier to the Settle Redeem Bar Code screen.
Manual Redemption
- Manually key in the Account # and click Enter on the keyboard
- Verify Patron Info matches
- Select Settle Redeem Bar Code from the Jump To dropdown menu & click GO
- In the Settle Redeem Bar Code window, click on the dropdown menu, and select the Tran ID that matches up to the Voucher Number.
- Information will auto-populate based on choices in the drop-down.
- Click Submit
