Background Information
Starting in October 2011, Blackjack players started accruing points in Casino Marketplace differently than other types of players. After a player has been rated by Blackjack staff, he or she will earn Promo2 points instead of conventional CMP points. Promo2 points are expressed in dollar amounts and can only be used for casino/resort goods and services. Promo2 points may not be redeemed for cash.
Process
- Player approaches Blackjack, MOD, Player Rewards Club to redeem points
- Employee "authorizes Promo2 expense" in CMP
- Employee completes Manual Log for BJ Redemptions
- Employee writes a Comp Slip equivalent to the Promo2 points used
