Background Information
Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort will occasionally run targeted Marketing campaigns for specific players which are communicated to players via mailers. If these campaigns include TSR discounts, they may require the guest to contact the Reservations department to book rooms. This Job Aid outlines how to process these reservations.
Check That Tag is Assigned
First check to see that the tag is assigned to the player.
- Open Casino Marketplace
- Enter Login Name and Password
- Press Tab
- Press Submit
- From the Application menu, choose Players
- Type the last name of the Player in the search field and press Enter
- Double-click the name of the player (or press F2) to open the Edit Player Profile Data window
- Press the Tags tab
- Locate the Tag code and verify it is the same one that was presented by the guest.
- Close the window
Attach the Prize
Then attach the tag to the player.
- Search for the Player
- Press F4 to open the Redeem Points window
- Choose the Prize from the drop-down list
- Comp Rate – Can only be used once
- Casino rate – can be used repeatedly
- Press Submit
