Background Information
Casino Arizona patrons are rewarded for their consistent play by accruing Player Rewards Club points. As points accrue, players achieve a higher status and may be eligible for benefits and cash rewards. This Job Aide outlines how to reprint a player’s card and not mistakenly print up someone else’s card. This process will prevent providing guests with the incorrect Player’s Card.
Reprinting a Player Card When Multiple Accounts List
In the example within the attached pdf, the customer of Sarah J Henry is being searched. It is fine to enter the name by: First Last or last, first Either will work.
Search and Select Correct Account
- If two or more results are produced with the same name, but different Middle Initial, CMP will randomly, automatically select one of the accounts.
- This DOES NOT mean that the User should go ahead and click F3 to Make Player Card.
- In the example, if the desired account to reprint a card for is Sarah J Henry, then Sarah J Henry account should be clicked on to select.
- After the account has been clicked to select, the User is clear to press the F3 Button to Make the Player Card.
- Assuming that the order of player listing is ascending, pressing F3 prior to clicking and selecting the 2nd player will result in Sarah C Henry’s card printing instead of Sara J Henry.
