Background Information
When creating new Player Reward Club accounts, follow these steps to ensure accurate, consistent account creation and avoid creating duplicate accounts.
Creating a New Account
Before Starting this Process, verify the player does not have an existing account.
- Once logged in to CMP, select the Application menu and select Players
- In the Player Directory window, Type a forward slash “/” in the search field and press Enter to list the player types
- Click Local, Tourist, or Winter to classify the customer
- Press F9 to bring up a new player entry
- The Setup Player Account window will open, press the Submit button
- Enter all required information to the Player Profile Data screen including First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, Birthday, and Gender.
- Apostrophes are not accepted, use spaces or hyphens when necessary
- Click the “SwipeDL/Scan Chk” Button and Swipe the players ID through the MagStrip Reader
- Verify all the address fields are accurately populated.
- If adjustments need to be made or the ID doesn’t read, manually enter the patrons information.
- After the setup is complete, click Submit
- Verify the address validation is correct and click Assign.
