All jackpots should be processed the “original” way:
- Greet patron
- Write Jackpot down in notebook
- Do not reset the machine
- Get money from the Cage
- Reset Machine
- Have Patron play off the machine
- Pay the customer

Will I have change/loose coins in my Pouch Bank?
|
No. All jackpots less than $1200 will be rounded to the next dollar, as applicable.

Do jackpot slips generated from SDS need to be completed?
|
No, jackpot slips may be left blank, however request slips must be fully completed and signed.

Can I count down my bank before the end of my shift?
|
No, pouch banks may only be counted down at the end of your shift.

What happens at between 3am and 4am?
|
All JP request slips and Jackpot Slips for the previous gaming day must be submitted to the Cage by conducting a buy. All jackpot payouts will be conducted at the Cage until 4am.

What if my Pouch Bank does not equal $8,000 at the end of my shift?
|
A variance slip must be fully completed, signed by a shift supervisor, and turned into the Cage.

May I leave unsold Jackpot Slips in my pouch bank at the end of my shift?
|
At shifts end, two things may happen; the pouch bank is either secured in the workstation or passed on to the next key person.
- For the workstation, all slips must be sold to the Cage before the bank is secured in the workstation. No outstanding slips may remain.
- For passing on the bank, less than 3/5 slips may remain in the pouch. Any more than 3/5 will require a final buy to be completed before passing the bank on to the next key person.
