Background Information

The Media Composer is a tool used by designated Casino Arizona employees to make changes to the media displays throughout the casino floor. This job aid outlines how to make basic changes to the displays. More detailed changes must be coordinated through the Marketing department

Adding a New Channel

  1. Click the appropriate Plugin
    • Multi Playlist
    • Promotional Drawing
    • Standard Schedule Board
    • Slot Winners

Standard Schedule Board

The Standard schedule board splits the display into four sections, each of which can be edited.

To edit the display text

  1. Click the Edit Text button
  2. Type a page Header
  3. Type text in each of the boxes
  4. Click the OK button

To Change Fonts or Backgrounds

  1. Click the Change the composition’s layout button from the main screen
  2. Click the appropriate tab
    • Background
    • Header/Group Text
    • Item Text
  3. Make changes as desired, only after consulting with the Marketing department
  4. Click the OK button

Previewing Changes on a Display

  1. Click the Try It button
  2. Choose the appropriate options
  3. Click OK

Publishing Changes

  1. Click the Run It button
  2. Choose the appropriate options
  3. Click OK
