Background Information

CMS Data from SDS allows users to upload a file for the Gaming Day being audited, and will assist with auditing ePromo Summary by PostDtm with the SDS (Slot Data System) reports of Daily Electronic Fund Revenue Report and ePromo CMS/Meters Comparison Report.  This Job Aide is to provide the steps to Audit to upload the CMS file.

Uploading a CMS File

  1. Log into SDS using your login credentials
  2. Under Modules, select SDS > Accounting > Admin > Upload CMS Data
  3. On the Upload CMS Data screen, click Browse, select the file for the gaming day you are auditing, and click Open
    • Note: the file should be located in CAZ SDS CMS drive for Casino Arizona, and TSR SDS CMS for Talking Stick.
  4. Click the Upload CMS File button.  When the pop-up window appears informing you of a successful upload, click Ok
  5. Review and compare the “ePromo CMS/Meter Comparison Report” and “Daily Electronic Fund Revenue Report” to the “ePromo Summary by PostDtm” report located on the source, under enterprise reports.
