Bravo - Tournament Watch Web Entry

Background Information

Bravo Tournament Watch Web Entry Verification allows tournament signups for patrons that prefer to pay for their tournament entry in the form of a credit card payment. This is done on the www.bravopokerlive.com website by the patron. This Job Aide shows the steps needed to verify and validate patrons that sign up via the Bravo Poker Live website and bring a printed receipt to the tournament.

Verifying a Web Entry Sign Up for Tournaments

  1. Launch the Bravo Tournament Watch program and Log In
  2. Once logged in, click on the Tournament drop-down at the top of the screen and click on “Player List”
  3. Click on the drop down for Tournament and select the tournament intended for the Web Entry Player
  4. Select the Date if there is more than one date they could’ve signed for
  5. Once the player has been located, click on Edit Customer
  6. Click the “Verification” button on the “Customer Data” Screen
  7. Using the ID provided by the guest, verify the guest’s info in the “Verification Info” section in the “Player Verification” window
  8. Verify the Credit Card presented by the guest, with the last four number of the card listed in the “List of Cards” section, and click “Mark Presented”
  9. Click the “Get Image” button to bring up the scanner source window
  10. Select the “PS667” scanner under “Sources” and click “Select”
  11. Click the “Scan” button in the PS667 window
  12. Insert the ID into the ID Scanner and click “OK” and the ID will scan
  13. When the ID has scanned and looks correct, click “Save Image”. If there is an issue with the image, click “Get Image” and start over at step 10
  14. Click “Verify Player”
  15. Click “OK” on the “TournamentWatch” window.
    • NOTE: The Guest does not have to sign a waiver
  16. Click “OK” on the Second “TournamentWatch” window acknowledging the player is verified
  17. Select the Tournament Receipt of the Tournament the guest has registered for in the “Unprinted Entry Receipts” and Click “Print Selected”, and give the printed receipt to the guest

NOTE: Web Entry Players for Tournaments can ONLY enter if credit card payment is provided, and processed, online at www.bravopokerlive.com.

  • Void Tournament Registration can be performed by checking the box for Void Tournament Registration. Voids should only be completed by Poker Floor Supervisors
  • The Player must be informed they will be refunded the Tournament Entry but not the fees associated with the Bravo Poker Live website.
