Background Information
Guests at Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort will now be able to earn Loyalty Points for Spa Treatments and Hotel Stays. These points will be added to the guests gaming points and can be used in the same way. Points will be earned when the guest checks out. The following Job Aide will walk you through the steps of processing Loyalty Points.
Earning Loyalty Points - Hotel
Loyalty points can be earned on all Hotel folios that are tendered to Cash and Credit Cards. Points can be earned on the valid tender portion of a Split Tender transaction.
*Points will NOT be earned on transactions paid for by Comps, Points, Room Charges, or Casino Arizona Gift Cards.
*Points will NOT be earned on the Tip or Tax portion of a transaction.
Steps:
- On the “Guest Information Screen”, add the Guests Players Rewards Card number in the “Patron” field.
- When you complete the checkout process, the Reward Points are added to their CMP Account.
- Points will not be earned on any portion of the folio being paid by a “Master Account”.
