Background Information

Guests at Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort will now be able to earn Loyalty Points for Spa Treatments and Hotel Stays. These points will be added to the guests gaming points and can be used in the same way. Points will be earned when the guest checks out. The following Job Aide will walk you through the steps of processing Loyalty Points.

Earning Loyalty Points - Spa

Loyalty points can be earned on all Spa purchases that are tendered to Cash and Credit Cards. Points can be earned on the valid tender portion of a Split Tender transaction.

*Points will NOT be earned on transactions paid for by Comps, Points, Room Charges, or Casino Arizona Gift Cards.

*Points will NOT be earned on the Tip or Tax portion of a transaction.

Steps:

  1. In the “Client Information Screen”, add the Clients Players Reward Card number to the “Patron ID Field”.
  2. Before checking the guest out, go to VisualOne Retail and pull up the guest by clicking on the “Select Guest” Icon.
  3. Enter the guests Players Reward card number in the “Patron ID Field” of the pop up window and hit enter.
  4. The Guests information will populate. Double Click the guests name and enter the password when prompted.
  5. The Guest’s Players Reward Information will populate on the “Payment Screen”.
  6. Return to the “VisualOne Spa” screen and proceed to check the guest out.
