Background Information
Syncing e-ticket connections through the TicketManager system to ensure all available venue tickets are periodically retrieved once available within venue(s) account(s).
Marketing has implemented the new TicketManager system, these are the necessary steps to manually sync a venue account once additional tickets are available or last-minute tickets have been sent into the venue account and will need to be retrieved and populated within the TicketManager system.
Manually Syncing an E-Ticket Connection Within TicketManager
- Log into the TicketManager system and navigate to your username profile, select the drop-down arrow, and navigate to Manage Settings > E-Tickets.
- All the available E-Tickets Accounts will appear, locate the specific account that requires syncing and select the ID number within the left-hand column.
- The specific E-Ticket Account Detail screen will then appear, navigate to the Sync Schedule, and select the “Sync Now” green button to begin syncing the venue account.
- Navigate to the Inventory > All Inventory screen
- Select the Import from Feed tab, locate the specific account that requires importing and select the ID number within the left-hand column.
- All the new tickets waiting to be imported from the feed will then appear as “New Ticket” under Import Status.
- Select all tickets that require importing by marking the checkboxes. Navigate to the Operations section, select the dropdown menu, and select the Add to Inventory option.
- The Confirm Ticket Feed Inventory will now display, complete all the required fields (Face Value, Published Price and Is Suite?). Select “Yes” for Automatic Shipment of E-Tickets, select “Casino Host” under Share With Departments and select all Admins requiring access to these tickets. Once fields are completed, select the green Add to Inventory button at bottom of screen.
- The Ticket Inventory Confirmation screen will then appear, this shows an overview of all the tickets that will be added into the ticket inventory within TicketManager. Select the Confirm green button to finalize the import.
- To confirm all new tickets have successfully imported into ticket inventory, repeat and follow steps 4-6 or verify through the dashboard.
- Navigate to the Inventory > All Inventory screen
- Select the Import from Feed tab and select the specific venue ID number within the left-hand column
- All the imported new tickets will now appear as “Imported” under Import Status
