Background Information
This Job Aide will walk you through the process of logging into TicketManager, searching for available events, completing order/guest details, and receiving order confirmations submitted for ticket request approval.
Requesting Tickets
- Enter the credentials into the log in fields from your "Welcome Email". Upon logging in, you will be prompted to create a new password.
- After logging in, you will see Company Owned assets to request. Search for the event you would like to invite guests to.
- Click "request" for the seat locations you want.
- Once you have added all requests to your cart, click "View Cart and Checkout"
- Complete all Order Details fields required for the request.
- Once fields are filled out, click "Edit Quantity and Guests" to add in Guest Details
- Select the quantity of tickets you would like to request and click "Add Guest"
- Complete all Cart/Guest Details required by for the request. When complete, click "Submit"
- After you've submitted the order, you will see the confirmation page and receive an email regarding your order's status. You will be notified via email if your order is approved or denied.
