Background Information
When a password has been forgotten or a user is locked out, these steps will walk through the password reset procedure within the TicketManager system.
Marketing has implemented the new TicketManager system, these are the necessary steps to reset a forgotten password or locked out user within the TicketManager system. These procedures can be performed by the end user or Systems Administrator.
Resetting a Password Within TicketManager
- Log into the TicketManager system and the Log in to your account popup box will appear.
- The Reset Password popup box will then appear, reenter your Username (ex. John.smith@casionaz.com). Then select the “EMAIL RESET INSTRUCTIONS >” green button at the bottom of the popup box.
- A popup box will appear notifying that a reset link will be sent to the email address entered.
- An email will be sent to your Outlook email inbox from no-reply@ticketmanager.com
- Click the “Reset Password” button within the password reset email to be redirected back to the TicketManager login screen.
- NOTE: If the email link does not appear within your inbox within a few minutes, be sure to check all Junk and Spam folders.
- The Set new password popup box will now appear.
- Enter a new password then enter the same password again within the “Confirm Password” text box.
- Select the “SET PASSWORD>” green button at the bottom of the popup box.
- NOTE: User may receive an error message if they attempt to reuse a prior password. Try to create a completely different password if this message is received.
- A message will appear if your password was successfully reset. Select the “BACK TO LOGIN>” green button at the bottom of the popup box.
- The Log in to your account popup box will appear, enter your Username (ex. John.smith@casionaz.com) and the password created in Step #5. Select the “LOGIN>” green button at the bottom of the popup box to enter the TicketManager system.
