Background Information
Reconnecting e-ticket accounts through TicketManager when the connection has been interrupted and disconnected.
Marketing has implemented the new TicketManager system, these are the necessary steps to reconnect an e-ticket account once the connection has been interrupted and disconnected. This can occur if; the login credentials are no longer accurate or, there is a breakage in the API connection due to the auto-sync going through (most common occurrence).
Reconnecting E-Ticket Connection Within TicketManager
- Hover over the icon in the top right corner drop down and hover over ‘Manage Settings. Click on E-tickets.
- Click on the ID of the relevant e-ticket account.
- Verify the Connection Status is “Disconnected”. Click on the green ‘Connect to Ticket Feed’ button.
- Once the connection has been re-established, the Connection Status will change to “Connected”.
- To verify the connection has been established, log into the venue account, navigate to specific event and verify the tickets are now being sent to the invitees listed within the TicketManager system.
