Background Information
This Job Aide will walk you through the process of logging into TicketManager’s Mobile App, searching for available events, completing order/guest details, and submitting requests for approval using the TicketManager Mobile App.
Requesting Tickets
- Enter the credentials into the log in fields. Upon logging in, you will be directed to the home page. The home page displays all available events.
- From the home screen, select the event you’d like to view tickets and availability for.
- When you’ve reviewed the options, select the tickets you’d like to request.
- The next page will allow you to select the number of tickets you would like. When you’ve reviewed the details for accuracy, select “Next Step”.
- Complete all Order Details fields required for the request. Once everything has been filled out correctly, select “Edit Quantity and Guests”.
- On the Review screen, select “+Add Guest” to add your guests details on the request.
- Enter your guest’s details on the pop up.
- Note – if your guests have previously been added, there should be an auto-populate feature that will fill in their details when selecting them from the suggestion dropdown.
- Update the number of tickets to be assigned to the guest from the Pending Orders screen. Once all tickets are allocated, click “Submit” to submit your request for review.
- Once you select “Submit” you will be redirected to the homepage. You will receive a pop-up displaying that your order has been successfully submitted, as well as receive a confirmation email advising you of your order’s status.
