Background Information
The Cisco Unified Intelligence Center allows for reporting of call data of users that are logged in with a Cisco Extension Mobility account. The following Job Aide walks through the steps to run a report using the Cisco Intelligence Center.
Steps
- Navigate to https://10.10.132.15:8444
- Enter your phone extension and press “Next”.
- Enter your “Voicemail PIN Number” and Click “Sign In”.
- From the home screen you will navigate using the panel on the left side of the screen. Click “Reports”.
- Click “Stock”. This will be the only option presented.
- Click “Unified CCX Historical”.
- Click “Inbound”.
- From this view you can select any option available. We review the Agent Detail and Agent Summary reports. Select one of those options.
- Filter the information using the available filters such as “Date Range”, “Time Range”, Individual users or Groups, etc.
- Click “Run” to run the report.
