Cisco Phone - Intelligence Center - Reporting

Background Information

The Cisco Unified Intelligence Center allows for reporting of call data of users that are logged in with a Cisco Extension Mobility account.  The following Job Aide walks through the steps to run a report using the Cisco Intelligence Center.

Steps

  1. Navigate to https://10.10.132.15:8444
  2. Enter your phone extension and press “Next”.
  3. Enter your “Voicemail PIN Number” and Click “Sign In”.
  4.  From the home screen you will navigate using the panel on the left side of the screen.  Click “Reports”. 
  5. Click “Stock”.  This will be the only option presented.
  6. Click “Unified CCX Historical”.
  7. Click “Inbound”.
  8. From this view you can select any option available.  We review the Agent Detail and Agent Summary reports.  Select one of those options.
  9. Filter the information using the available filters such as “Date Range”, “Time Range”, Individual users or Groups, etc.
  10. Click “Run” to run the report.
