Background Information
Casino Arizona’s new Learning Management System (LMS) is called Center for Learning. The Center for Learning is a portal that every employee can access. Required trainings, such as Compliance courses, will be assigned via the LMS.
This Job Aide will list steps to Select & Withdraw from an assigned course.
Select a Course Session
Required Compliance trainings will be assigned to employees via Casino Arizona’s Learning Management System – Center for Learning. A course may have multiple sessions (dates and times) available. Follow the steps below to select a session for an assigned course.
- The Learner Home page contains a Transcript Panel to the left of the screen. Class assignments are listed by Due Date Priority:
- Past Due
- Due Soon
- Assigned/No Due Date
- Click on the Select Session link for any assigned courses.
- The Training Details window will appear on the screen. From this screen, click on the Available drop-down and select "All" to view a list of remaining sessions.
- A list of sessions with Date, Time, and # of seats available will display.
- Click the drop-down arrow and select “Request” to register for the session you’d like to attend.
- The session will appear on your Transcript.
Note: Review the image below step six in the attached pdf. Arizona Liquor Law appears on the transcript as an assigned course, but a session has not been selected.
Withdraw From a Course Session
In the event a session must be changed, click on the View Training Details drop- down. Select Withdraw.
