Cisco - Unity Connection - Accessing Voicemail

Background Information

Cisco phone voicemails are managed and accessible through Unity Connection.  The following Job Aid walks through the steps of accessing voicemail through Cisco Unity Connection.

Accessing Voicemail

  1. Call Cisco Unity Connection
    1. From your desk phone press the Messages button on your phone.

OR:

                   b. From outside the organization dial your direct line.

  1. If you are calling from another phone within the organization or from outside the organization, press * when Cisco Unity Connection Answers.
  2. If prompted enter your Connection ID or 4-digit extension, and press #.
  3. Enter your password (PIN) and press #.
