Background Information
Send Word Now allows the sending alerts to an entire enterprise or to selected individuals or groups, simultaneously via multiple communication points. This Job Aide shows the steps to create and send alerts and messages.
Sending Alerts from a Desktop
- Log in to Onsolve – SendWordNow.
- On the left side panel, click “Control Center”.
- At the top right of your screen, click “Create Quick Alert”.
- From the “Create Quick Alert” Pop-up:
- Type the name of the alert
- The delivery methods are already checked
- Deselect any unwanted methods
- Type your message
- Search for the person or group you want to send the message to
- Click Send Now
