Background Information
Relay is a safety device that relays alerts from handheld devices to a security dashboard through Relay beacons, allowing security to respond to incidents. The following Job Aide displays the steps necessary to resolve an alert.
Resolving an Alert
- From the Dash dashboard, Click Incidents.
- A list of active incidents will display. Click Resolve on the active incident you'd like to resolve.
- Choose a reason code for the Incident.
- The incident will resolve and the notification center will display a resolution notification as well.
