Relay - Resolving an Alert

Background Information

Relay is a safety device that relays alerts from handheld devices to a security dashboard through Relay beacons, allowing security to respond to incidents.  The following Job Aide displays the steps necessary to resolve an alert.

Resolving an Alert

  1. From the Dash dashboard, Click Incidents. 
  2. A list of active incidents will display.  Click Resolve on the active incident you'd like to resolve.
  3. Choose a reason code for the Incident.
  4. The incident will resolve and the notification center will display a resolution notification as well.
