Crestron - Mesquite Room - Presenting a Teams Meeting

Background Information

The Crestron Touch Panel in the Mesquite Room can be used to launch/host Teams Meetings using the Lecturn PC onto the Mesquite projector screen(s). The following Job Aide details how to launch/host Teams Meetings using the Crestron Touch Panel.

Launching the Crestron System

If the Mesquite Room has been unoccupied or the Crestron system shutdown for a period of time, you will need to power on the Crestron system prior to using it. The Crestron Touch Panel will display the following screen in the attached pdf.

  1. Select either Conference or Presentation to power on the Crestron system.
  2. The front and back projectors should automatically begin sharing the Lecturn PC screen.

Presenting a Teams Meeting

  1. On the Crestron Touch Panel, select Room Controls.
  2. Select Presentation.
  3. Under the Front Projector and Back Projector headings, select the Power toggles to enable power to both projectors.
  4. Under the Front Projector and Back Projector headings, select VC Primary.
  5. Select Teams.
  6. Select Share.
  7. From the Notification Menu on the right side of the screen, select Join or the right arrow icon for the Teams Meeting you want to join.
  8. A notification window appears with the Teams Meeting details. Select Join to join the meeting.
